Fulfilment.com review: strong matching, but is it built for Europe?
Fulfilment.com is a capable, free 3PL matching service with real savings claims. Here is an honest review, and where a Europe-focused, instant self-serve platform serves EU sellers better.

Fulfilment.com is one of the better-known 3PL matching services, and if you are comparing it against other ways of finding a partner it deserves a fair hearing, which is what this review is, alongside an honest case for why a platform focused purely on fulfilment in Europe can fit EU sellers better. There is a lot to like here, so let us start with that.
What Fulfilment.com does well
The model is genuinely appealing. It is free for brands, funded by commission from partners, and it promises full market access without the drawn-out RFP process: "instant scoring, no sales theatre" is their phrase, and it is the right instinct. They cite access to 200+ vetted providers, live rate cards, and service-level scoring audited quarterly, with headline savings of roughly 18 to 35% versus negotiating direct.
They also cover the right territories on paper (UK, EU, Canada, US and Australia) and they will re-match you if a partnership does not work out. For a brand that wants a shortlist without doing the legwork, that is a real service, and the "free for brands" model removes the obvious objection.
The honest trade-offs
Two things are worth weighing if you are a European seller specifically.
First, it is a broad global platform, not a European specialist. Coverage spanning five regions is a strength for reach, but it means Europe is one territory among many rather than the whole focus. The filters and the partner data are built to work everywhere, which tends to mean they are shallower on the things that are uniquely European: IOSS handling, COD support by market, country-level delivery windows.
Second, it is a human-brokered, hybrid process. You submit requirements online, but the quotes and introductions come back over a window (their own figure is around 48 hours), with specialists providing negotiation support and making the formal introduction. That is valuable when you want a human in the loop. It is slower and less self-directed when you would rather just see the options and decide yourself.
Neither of these is a flaw. They are design choices that suit some brands and not others.
Where FulfilEU differs
FulfilEU makes the opposite set of choices, on purpose. It is Europe-only, so the capability fields are the European ones: countries served with real carrier rates, platform integrations, volume fit, and COD and VAT/IOSS support as first-class filters rather than footnotes. When Europe is the entire remit, the data can be specific to Europe's actual problems.
It is also instant and self-serve. There is no 48-hour window and no broker in between: you set your constraints, the matching runs in seconds, and you get a ranked shortlist you can act on immediately. You keep control of the process and skip the wait.
The honest verdict
Fulfilment.com is a solid, well-marketed matching service with a fair free model and credible savings, and if you want global reach with a human guiding you, it earns its place on your list. But if your customers are in Europe and you would rather filter against European-specific capabilities and get an answer in seconds rather than in days, a focused platform like FulfilEU is the more direct route to the same goal: the right partner, less manually, faster.
