Multichannel fulfilment in Europe one stock pool, every channel
When you sell on your own store and two or three marketplaces, splitting stock across them is how you end up oversold on one and sitting on dead inventory on another. Get matched to a European 3PL that holds one pool and fulfils every channel from it.
The difference
One inventory, not one warehouse per channel
A single-platform 3PL is fine until you add the second and third sales channel. Then you are either splitting stock into silos that oversell independently, or bolting an inventory tool onto a partner that only really integrates with one store. The matching filters to partners that treat every channel as a draw on the same pool, with orders flowing in and stock levels flowing back out to all of them.
Every channel, one pool of stock
Filter to partners that connect your own store and your marketplaces at once and fulfil them from a single inventory, so a unit is available everywhere until it sells and nowhere after. No manual splitting, no channel quietly overselling.
Marketplace SLAs met from the same shelf
See partners that hold each channel's dispatch cut-offs and tracking sync — Amazon, TikTok Shop and the rest — without you running a separate operation per marketplace. One team, one process, all your channels.
How it works
- 01
Set your constraints
Tell us the channels you sell on, the European countries you ship to, your monthly volume and the integrations you need synced back — inventory, orders and tracking.
- 02
Compare shortlists
Partners are filtered to those that fulfil all your channels from one stock pool and can meet each marketplace's SLA, then scored on fit for your markets.
- 03
Request an intro
Send a request to the partners worth talking to. They see your channel mix and volume, so the first conversation starts from your real setup, not a generic quote.
- 01
List your capabilities
Publish the platforms and marketplaces you integrate with, whether you run unified inventory across channels, the countries you serve and your carriers.
- 02
Get matched to demand
Your listing surfaces for the multichannel brands whose channel mix you can genuinely run, not for anyone who typed a keyword.
- 03
Take qualified intros
Requests arrive with the brand's channels, markets and volume attached, so you can decide quickly whether it is a fit.
Fulfil every channel from one shelf
Start from the directory, or publish a store profile and let the matching find a European partner that runs all your channels off one stock pool.
What is Multichannel fulfilment?
Multichannel fulfilment is the practice of holding a single pool of stock at one fulfilment centre and dispatching orders from it across every sales channel a brand uses — its own website plus marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop and eBay. Orders from all channels flow into one operation and one inventory count, and updated stock levels flow back out to each channel, so a unit stays available everywhere until it sells and disappears everywhere the moment it does. It replaces the alternative of splitting stock into per-channel silos, which oversell independently and strand inventory, and it lets each marketplace's dispatch and tracking requirements be met from the same shelf rather than from a separate operation per channel.
Also called: omnichannel fulfilment, cross-channel fulfilment, marketplace fulfilment
Common questions
What makes multichannel fulfilment different from a normal 3PL?
A normal 3PL fulfils orders; a multichannel one fulfils orders from several sales channels against a single shared stock pool and keeps every channel's inventory in sync. The hard part is not the shipping, it is that a unit sold on your website must instantly become unavailable on Amazon and TikTok Shop too. Look for a partner that integrates all your channels at once, not one store with the others bolted on.
Which channels can be fulfilled from one stock pool?
Typically your own store platform (Shopify, WooCommerce and similar) alongside marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop and eBay. Which combinations a partner supports depends on the integrations they have built, so filter for the specific channels you sell on and confirm that stock is shared across them rather than allocated per channel.
How does the inventory stay in sync across channels?
Orders from every channel are drawn from the same inventory record, and as stock moves the partner pushes updated availability back to each channel. The result is one number that every channel reads from, which is what prevents the classic multichannel failure of overselling the same units on two marketplaces at once. Confirm how often a partner syncs and which direction the integration runs.
Can one partner meet different marketplace dispatch SLAs?
Yes — a good multichannel partner runs each channel's cut-off times and tracking requirements inside one operation, so Amazon and TikTok Shop orders both go out on time from the same warehouse. Tell us the marketplaces you sell on and the matching filters to partners that already hold those SLAs.
I only sell on two channels today. Is this worth it?
The pain of split stock starts at the second channel, not the tenth, so consolidating early is usually easier than untangling silos later. Even with two channels, one shared pool removes the manual stock-splitting and the overselling risk, and it leaves room to add a third channel without changing partner.
