Listing questions
Is listing free?
Yes. Creating an account and publishing your listing are free. There is no subscription, no fee per lead and no commission on the clients you win through FulfilEU. If optional paid extras such as premium placement are ever added, their price will be shown up front.
Who can list?
Any company offering fulfilment or logistics services to ecommerce brands: 3PLs, fulfilment centres, Amazon FBA prep centres, and freight or delivery specialists. You don't have to be based in the EU, but brands search by the countries you serve, so set your HQ country and the countries you ship to accurately.
Do I need to send documents?
No. You can publish your listing without sending company documents. We may review listings and remove ones that are inaccurate or don't offer a fulfilment service.
Which searches will my listing appear in?
Brands filter the directory by countries served, fulfilment type, white-glove delivery, platform integrations, COD and VAT/IOSS. Your listing shows up for each option you tick, such as Amazon FBA prep or two-person delivery, so select everything you genuinely offer.
How do brands get in touch?
Brands send an intro request through FulfilEU, which goes to your preferred contact method. You then quote and agree terms directly with the brand: FulfilEU isn't part of the contract.
