1. Who we are and what FulfilEU is

These terms govern your use of fulfill-eu.com (“FulfilEU”, “we”, “us”). FulfilEU is run by Roman Zakharenko as an individual, and you can reach us at the email address in section 16. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you use FulfilEU on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may act for that company, and “you” means that company.

FulfilEU is an online directory and matching platform. It helps ecommerce brands (“brands”) find fulfilment and logistics providers such as 3PLs and fulfilment centres (“providers”), and helps providers find brands.

FulfilEU is not a carrier, warehouse, 3PL, freight forwarder or broker. We do not store, ship or deliver goods, and we are not a party to any agreement between brands and providers.

2. Accounts

Anyone can browse FulfilEU. You need an account to publish a provider listing or store profile, send or answer intro requests, and leave reviews.

FulfilEU is meant for business use. Give accurate information, keep your login details safe, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You can delete your listing or store profile from your account at any time, and you can ask us by email to close your account.

3. Your content stays yours

“Your content” means what you add to FulfilEU: company and profile details, descriptions, logos, photos, intro request messages and reviews.

You keep ownership of your content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of it to us.

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to host, store, copy, display and format your content (for example, resizing an image) only as needed to operate the FulfilEU directory. That means showing your content on the site, in search and filter results, in matches shown to other users, and on public pages that search engines can index.

This permission ends when you delete the content or your listing or profile. We then remove it from the live site. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time, and anything you have already sent to another user, such as an intro request, stays visible to them.

You confirm that you have the right to publish your content, including any logos and photos, and that it is accurate and lawful.

4. Feedback about FulfilEU

If you send us ideas or suggestions for improving FulfilEU, we may use them freely without owing you anything. This covers feedback about FulfilEU itself only, never your listing, profile or other content.

5. Rules for using FulfilEU

When using FulfilEU, you must not:

• publish false or misleading information about your company, services, locations or coverage;
• impersonate another person or company, or create a listing for a company you do not represent;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or anything illegal, offensive or infringing;
• send spam, or use contact details you obtain through FulfilEU for unrelated marketing;
• scrape or bulk-copy the directory, or access it with bots or automated tools;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
• write fake, paid-for or retaliatory reviews.

6. Intro requests, deals and reviews

Brands and providers can send each other intro requests. When a request is accepted, contact details are shared so the two sides can continue directly.

Any quote, contract, payment or service is agreed directly between you and the other company. FulfilEU is not part of it and is not responsible for the other side's pricing, performance, payment or conduct. Listings are written by the companies themselves, so check any partner yourself before you work with them.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience, and you can only review a company you have exchanged an intro request with. We may remove reviews that break these terms.

7. How the directory is ordered

By default the directory lists providers alphabetically. Visitors can narrow it with filters (countries served, fulfilment type, white-glove delivery services, platform integrations, cash on delivery and VAT/IOSS support) and can sort by average review rating.

Match results are ordered by how well a provider fits what the brand asked for: countries served, stated needs and services, platform integrations, order volume against capacity, product category and average review rating.

Nobody can pay for a higher position. If paid placement is ever introduced, it will be clearly labelled and described here first.

8. Fees

FulfilEU is currently free for brands and providers: no subscription, no fee per lead and no commission. If we introduce optional paid features, we will show their price before you buy anything and update these terms with notice first.

9. Removing content and suspending accounts

We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or the law or puts other users at risk. When we do, we will tell you what is affected and why, unless the law prevents us, and you can reply to contest the decision.

If we decide to close a business account for any other reason, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.

10. Reporting a problem

If you believe content on FulfilEU is illegal, infringes your rights (for example, uses your logo or photos without permission) or breaks these terms, email us with a link to the content and an explanation. We review reports promptly and tell you what we decided. You can use the same address for complaints about how we applied these terms.

11. Our responsibility

We work to keep FulfilEU accurate and available, but the site is provided free of charge and “as is”. Listings, prices and capabilities come from the companies themselves, and we do not guarantee that they are complete or correct, or that the site will always be available.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business, or for losses arising from dealings between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or harm to life, body or health.

12. Your responsibility for your content

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you published or because you broke these terms (for example, a photo you uploaded without permission), you will cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give business users at least 15 days' notice of a change, by email or on the site, before it takes effect, unless the law requires a faster change. If you do not agree, you can delete your listing or profile and close your account before the change takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. If we cannot, the courts of Hungary have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country.

15. Other

The FulfilEU site, its design, code and our own texts belong to us. Your content belongs to you, as described in section 3.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
